Campus Crime Alert
In compliance with the Campus Crime Awareness Act, involving required reporting of any possible serious crime on campus, the following information is being provided to the campus community. The campus administration in cooperation with the Schenectady Police Department is investigating the report of a possible sexual assault occurring in a residence hall during the overnight hours of September 3, 2007. The reported incident did not involve forcible entry into the building, the victim's room or intruders. We do not believe that an active threat exists at this time in the community in relation to this incident. While there is an active police investigation in progress no further information can be released.
