Seward / Hull St. Apartments
Seward Ave. / Hull St. is located in the neighborhood directly west of the main campus. Since the late 1990's, Union has purchased several properties in the neighborhood, renovating the turn-of-the-century homes into apartment-style living for students. The area houses approximately 150 upperclass students, as well as some of the Theme Houses. Each house varies in size and layout.
Each apartment has bedrooms (a mix of singles and doubles), a kitchen (sink/fridge/range/cabinets), a living room, and a bathroom. The bedroom floors are carpeted and the windows have either curtains or blinds. Houses on Seward Place and Hull Street are connected to the campus internet, phone, and cable systems. There is laundry in each house.
