Student Staff

Union's residence hall community is guided by a talented and dedicated group of Resident Advisors. Each student staff member has been selected because of their willingness to be a positive role model to the residents in their area, and each has been trained in creating, facilitating, and maintaining a living and learning atmosphere that is conducive for individual student growth, as well as community development, within his/her residential area.

Resident Advisors (RAs)
RAs are responsible to get to know their residents "beneath the surface," developing personal relationships and encouraging students to become active participants in the larger Union community, as well as the smaller residential communities in which they live.

Head Resident Advisors (HRAs)
HRAs are also RA's, but they have additional responsibilities, including assisting the Assistant Director with the overall management of the building. HRAs are also a resource for any students that live within the building.
