What services do we offer?
The Becker Career Center at Union College offers on-campus recruiting, off-campus recruiting, a career fair and an Alumni Jobs Bulletin.
On-campus recruiting is for employers who would like to come to campus to interview students. Obviously, coming to campus has several advantages for the employer including, effective branding and efficiency.
Off-campus recruiting is for employers who, for various reasons, are not able to come to campus to interview students.
Recruiting Guidelines for Employers
The Career Fair is conducted in the winter, usually during the third week in February. The Career Fair is a great way to build relationships with students who are looking for full-time jobs and internships, as well as students just exploring companies and careers.
The Alumni Jobs Bulletin is for employers who have immediate needs for graduated/experienced alums. The Alumni Jobs Bulletin is available to 12,000 Union College Alumni on the Becker Career Center website. If you have interest in The Alumni Jobs Bulletin, please contact Laura Leib (518-388-6176).
