Dean Williams is responsible for ensuring that the disciplinary procedures are followed and that all matters of discipline are addressed. She plays a key role in the review and development of policies and procedures concerning student life. She is responsible for special projects that result from student requests and the College?s philosophy to provide appropriate challenges and support for all students on Campus. To this end, Dean Williams? role in Student Affairs includes serving as a liaison between departments and between the Dean?s office and other parts of the community, determining the feasibility of proposed projects and making them happen, administering particular programs, and problem solving in general. Dean Williams may also represent the office in the absence of the Dean of Students.

Dean Williams shares ?on call? responsibilities with the Dean of First-Year Students, and the Dean of Residential and Campus Life. Her office is located on the third floor of the Reamer Campus Center in the Dean of Students Office. She welcomes the opportunity to meet and work with all students although her concentration is on students beyond their first year.
