The IACUC is responsible for the care and use of all laboratory animals used in teaching and research at Union. The IACUC is mandated by federal laws and national policies. We are inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the NYS Department of Health. Any individual using laboratory animals in teaching and/or research at Union must have an Animal Use Protocol Form completed, approved and on file with IACUC.
