Union College offers BS degrees in Bioengineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. All programs are accredited by ABET*, with the exception of Bioengineering, which is a new program that is scheduled to undergo an accreditation review in 2012.

The curriculum begins with the Exploring Engineering course in fall term of freshman year, which is common to all engineering majors and provides students with an introduction to the engineering field. During the senior year all engineering students complete a year-long design project.

Classes are small, making the atmosphere in class ideal for discussions and questions. Most courses contain laboratory components, allowing students to put in practice what is being studied during the class periods.

Union's trimester calendar enables engineering students to participate in an international experience, and over 70% of our students study abroad at least once during their time at Union.

There is a combined BS/MS program with the Union Graduate School.
