Title of Honors Senior Project: "Las Malinches de Laura Esquivel y de Víctor Hugo Rascón Banda: Una reexaminación de La Malinche y la política sexual en textos modernos."

Statement: "Studying Spanish at Union has been incredibly rewarding, as it has opened so many doors with respect to communication and culture.  I am excited to strengthen my linguistic skills abroad in Spain this upcoming winter, and hope to incorporate Spanish in a career in either medicine or education after graduating."
