Senior Thesis: "Time to cry over spilled milk: An investigation into China's food safety policy"

Statement: "Languages have been my passion from a young age. Studying Spanish and Mandarin, two of the most spoken languages in the world, has opened my world to not only other languages but other cultures. My term abroad to Shanghai, China and mini-term to Buenos Aires, Argentina both changed the way I view the world and the way I view myself. After graduating, I hope to move to China for two or three years continuing my study of Mandarin and the Chinese culture."
