Statement: “As a sophomore I traveled to Argentina on a mini-term and lived with a completely Spanish speaking family, which forced me to practice my Spanish speaking skills and really helped me learn a lot about the language and culture. I also constantly show my support my interest in Spanish and Hispanic cultures by listening to music and watching television and movies in Spanish, and talking to my friends in Spanish when I can. In my future, my ideal job would be in International Relations so I could use both my Economics skill set and my Spanish skills to be successful in the position. My love and interest in Spanish will definitely not end when I graduate from Union in June.”
