Title of Senior Project in French: "La résistance des femmes en France, 1940-1945."

She has been accepted into Middlebury College's master's program in France. She will spend the academic year of 2008-2009 at Middlebury's School in Paris.

Statement: "I wrote my senior thesis about women's resistance to the German occupation of France during WWII, based largely on personal interviews with resisters and archived resistance newspapers at the Bibliothèque nationale in Paris. I plan to use French as a research language as I pursue a doctorate in women's history. It has been a pleasure to work with all of the faculty in the French program."
