God on Trial
God will be charged with crimes against humanity (and other animals).
Why all the needless suffering, anguish, and death? There will be attorneys for the defense and prosecution, as well as several "expert" witnesses, many of them drawn from the Union College faculty. God will be present to reply to the charges.
And, since the Philosophy Department does not itself wish to be responsible for any suffering, anguish, or death: Food and Drinks will be served.
