Sociology Club News
The Sociology Club had its first meeting of Fall 2011 on Thursday, October 6. Prof. Linda Relyea is now the faculty advisor for the group. For this first meeting, department faculty provided the refreshments, prompting more than one student to proclaim, "This is the best club ever!"
This year, the Club is getting re-energized, adding events that will increase students' sense of collegiality among themselves and with faculty. As sociologists, we know how to build community!
Watch for announcements of events throughout the year -- service activities, sociology career events, faculty and alumni panels, and more!
