Need-Based Aid

The following documents are due in the Financial Aid Office by April 15, 2013

  • Parents' 2012 IRS tax transcripts (if you are filing a tax extension, you must submit a copy of IRS form 4868 by April 15)
  • Student's 2012 IRS tax transcripts, if applicable

For families who have experienced a change in circumstances, you may submit the 2013-2014 Change in Family Circumstances Form.

Returning Canadian Students

Need-Based Aid - Due by April 30, 2013

  • 2013-2014 Canadian Financial Aid Application - Report all dollars in Canadian currency.  Use your best estimate of 2012 income if you have not yet filed your taxes
  • Parents' 2012 T-1 General Income and Benefit returns or Notice of Assessment
  • Parents' 2012 T-4 forms
  • Student's 2012 T-1 General Income and Benefit returns, if applicable
  • Student's 2012 T-4 forms, if applicable
  • Quebec Residents - Parent and, if applicable, student 2012 Quebec Income Tax Returns
  • Student Employment Application must be completed annually to continue participation in the program.
