Staying healthy and happy

A healthy mind and body are essential to making the most of the college experience, so we offer a number of resources to support our students' health and wellness.

The Wicker Wellness Center is home to health services and the Counseling Center as well as the College's resident therapy dog Jenna.

Alumni Gym and the Breazzano Fitness Center provide the perfect outlet to help you de-stress, get regular exercise and maintain your active lifestyle. We also have an excellent health center to help you stay in good health. And because mental well-being is equally important, we offer caring, confidential counseling services to help you manage the challenges of college life, or simply to lend an ear when you need one.
