Homecoming & Family Weekend Registration
Complete your online registration HERE.
The deadline to complete your registration is by Friday, October 12, 2012. No refunds will be given after this date. If you miss this deadline, you can check in at the Welcome Center in Reamer Campus Center throughout the weekend.
Student Meals and Special Meal Requests
Students will not be able to use their declining balance for meals and should register appropriately with their family's meal registration. Kosher and vegetarian meal options are available upon request by calling the Office of Alumni Relations at (518) 388-6168.

Shuttle Transportation
Will be provided on Friday (8 a.m. – 10 p.m.) and Saturday (7:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.) from the Schenectady hotels, which include: the Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Downtown Hampton Inn, Parker Inn, and Stockade Inn, the Campus and College Park Hall. Shuttles run intermittently on a continuous loop. To make an event on short notice you may want to drive to campus or make other arrangements.
Golf Cart Transportation
Will be available on continuous loops around campus Friday (10:30 am – 7:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 am – 6:00 PM).
ONGOING EVENTS
Admissions Open House and Campus Walking Tours
Whether you have a prospective student or you just haven't seen the campus in a while, please join one of Union's knowledgeable student Gatekeepers for a tour of campus. Friday: Open House from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with tours at 10:30, 12:30, 1:30 and 3:30. Admissions interviews are available for high school seniors by appointment only. Please call the Admissions Office at 518.388.6112 to schedule.
Tour of Historic Union
The "Tour of Historic Union" has been developed to make members of the Union community, including alumni, and the outside community more aware of the importance of the Union campus as the first campus developed with a comprehensive plan. The Tour will visit each building that sits on a location where Joseph Ramée's plan indicated a building should sit, including the six buildings Ramée's himself designed.
Friday at 2 pm, Saturday at 11 am and 4:30 pm, meet at Grant Hall (Admissions) No reservations needed.
Campus Hay Rides
Hop on and see our beautiful campus Saturday between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Meet outside of Reamer Campus Center. No reservations needed.
