Friday, May 31st  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, June 1st 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Why should I register before the weekend?
Registration is a must! Your registration helps us know how many people are coming to ReUnion and allows us to provide you with important information for the weekend. Even some events with no charge require tickets. The class with the greatest percentage of attendance will be recognized at Convocation, so register and be counted!

Ticket prices for ReUnion events are listed on the registration form. ReUnion Weekend is not a fundraising event for the College. The events that we offer to alumni throughout the weekend involve considerable cost for such amenities as tent and table rentals, entertainment, wait staff, labor and maintenance.

Can I get my tickets ahead of time?
Pick up your Registration packets from the Welcome Center beginning Friday, May 31st during the hours specified. We will have all Garnet Guard packets at Friday’s Garnet Guard Luncheon at College Park Hall.

How do I know if my registration was received?
If you have provided an email address with your registration, you will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your registration. If you have not provided an email address, you can view the list of Registered Attendees and look for your name (please allow a few days for your registration to be completed). Please contact our office at 518-388-6168 if you have any questions.

Can I come if I didn’t pre-register?
Yes! Please note ALL returning alumni are strongly encouraged to register in advance. Some events have limited capacities and sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee the availability at an event if you have not registered in advance.

Are non-ReUnion classes invited?
Yes, alumni who are not part of an official ReUnion class but who would like to attend are welcome to do so.

What is the deadline to register?
To guarantee your registration for the weekend, online submissions and mailed in forms must be received WITH PAYMENT IN FULL by the end of business on Friday, May 24th. No cancellations or refunds will be offered after Friday, May 24th.

What happens if I need a refund?
Refunds can only be requested on or before the registration deadline, or in extreme emergency situations. Refund checks will be mailed after ReUnion Weekend bookkeeping is completed.

Where do I stay during ReUnion Weekend?
Union holds blocks at several area hotels. Please note: these blocks fill up early and you may not be offered a discounted rate as the hotel fills up. You may also check into other hotels in the Capital Region.

Where can I find a map of campus or the full schedule of events?
Stop at the Welcome Center to pick up your registration materials, a full schedule of events and campus map, and sign up for tours. Our College Relations staff is available to answer any questions you may have.

How can I make my Class Number One in giving this ReUnion?
Show your class spirit by making an extra effort to participate and give in honor of your ReUnion. The Annual Fund ensures a Union education is open to all qualified students who seek it. Your contribution, no matter the amount, counts toward your class participation rate. Make your class and Union Number 1 by sending in your gift, even if you are not attending ReUnion. There are two ways to make your gift: include it when you register for ReUnion, or make your gift online.
