Thermochronology has played a key role in the exploration and development of hydrocarbons and mineral resources, and the thermochronological community has benefited tremendously from direct and indirect support from Industry over the years. We are actively seeking funds from industry to help defray the costs of the meeting. There are a number of financial needs for FT2008, but primary among them is defrayment of the cost of the meeting space, support for students, and overall meeting expenses.
