VISAS to enter the United States

If you are travelling to the United States from abroad, you may have to apply for a Visa to enter the US. You can go to the Internatinal Visitors Office to see a detailed list of countries and requirements.

All Visa applications should be completed at LEAST 3 MONTHS BEFORE the Meeting, which means that all applications should be sent in sometime in MAY 2008.

We will help facilitate acquisition of a Visa if one is required. To facilitate visa acquisition, we will provide you with a letter concerning the meeting details, once you have registered for the meeting. This letter will contain the followng information, so please make sure we have all your details.

1. Name, dates, location and purpose of the meeting;
2. Name, date of birth, and passport number of attendee;
3. Information on how transportation and local expenses are to be funded;
4. Information on the organization sponsoring the meeting and relationship to the attendee; and
5. Name, title, contact information (phone, fax, e-mail, meeting Web site) of person responsible for the meeting,
