The Senior Art Exhibition represents the culmination of the Art Major's experience at Union College. These students have completed the courses for their general requirements of the college in addition to those specific to the Art Major. As pert of the exhibition process, and before this group representation, each student has been responsible for their own solo show in the Atrium Gallery (located in the Arts Building). This gives each individual the opportunity to look back over their career at Union College and evaluate the development of their work.

While art is an essential element of any liberal arts education, these students have made it the center of their intellectual growth. it is thus through their works that we are offered a glimpse into this growth and the ways in which their Union and life experiences have informed their choices and creative inventions.

We are both pleased and proud to share their accomplishments with the community as we celebrate the bright promise of their future.
