The You are Union Campaign

The historic $250 million You are Union campaign, which represents the largest fundraising effort in Union College’s history, will conclude in 2012. At that time, this campaign will stand proudly in the top half of capital campaigns completed by the nation’s top 50 liberal arts colleges. Under the leadership of President Stephen C. Ainlay and dedicated Campaign Chairs, fundraising efforts are focused on four areas that are vital to advancing the College’s vision and continuing its tradition of excellence and innovation:

• Expanding the Annual Fund, particularly in the area of unrestricted support
• Creating new faculty positions, many in interdisciplinary fields of inquiry
• Increasing the availability of scholarship support for students
• Investing in strategic projects that will enhance academic and student life facilities

The impact of this campaign can be seen and felt each day throughout the campus. From the addition of new faculty and innovative programs to expanded research opportunities, scholarship support and state-of-the-art facilities, students and faculty are benefiting directly.
