Publicity Chair

Golub House is composed of a diverse group of students with a wide range of interests. Our goal is to create an environment that is open and welcoming to the entire campus community. We accomplish this by hosting a variety of events, catered to the interests of our members. Past events have included performances by bands, cooking demonstrations, stress relieving massages, and faculty/student lunches featuring international cuisine. Hi! My name is Rachel Baker and I am one of the Communication chairs. I am from Rhinebeck, New York, a small town in the Hudson Valley that few people have heard of. I am currently studying both Chinese and Spanish and hope to travel the entire world. I love singing and making attention grabbing posters!! If you have any ideas about events for Golub or for advertising just let me know.

Joey Abate

My name is Joey Abate and I am a freshman here at Union. I am from South Burlington, Vermont. I live in West College. I am interested in computer science because computers, and what they can be used to create have always intrigued me. I am involved in many different clubs here at Union. I am in the Ultimate Frisbee Club, Ballroom Dance Club, Improv Club, Radio Club, and Drama Club (Mountebanks). I am one of the PR (Public Relations) personnel on Golub Council. I often can be found hanging out with friends or just having a good time.
