Find Journals in the Library

How you go about finding journals in the Library depends on where you are in the information gathering process.

If you have already done your database search (or are looking at a reference in a bibliography) and now want to see if the Library has access to a particular journal, start with the Journals tab on the library home page. This will give you a list of our holdings in all formats; microfilm/fiche, print, and electronic.

Where in the Building are Print Periodicals Shelved?
Most print titles are arranged alphabetically in the basement, unless otherwise noted. For current subscriptions, the four most recent issues are shelved in the Periodical Reading Room on the 1st Floor. Clicking on the "Where is It?" link will bring up the appropriate map.

These maps will help you to see the areas where periodicals are shelved:

Basement Oversize Periodicals, Periodicals A-Z, Classified Periodicals
