How to place an Interlibrary Loan Request:
Check the Schaffer Library Catalog to see if the item is available at Union.
Check ConnectNY and order the item directly through ConnectNY. Items will be delivered to the Circulation Desk within two to four days. (You will be notified by email when the requested item arrives.)
If the item is not available through ConnectNY, use ILLiad to place an interlibrary loan request.
How to request journal articles:
Check Schaffer Library Journal and Serial Titles to see if the article is available through one
of the library's subsription databases.
If the article is not available, then use ILLiad to place an interlibrary loan request.
