This bibliographic reference covers the history of the United States and Canada from prehistory to the present. Published since 1964, the database comprises over 530,000 bibliographic entries for periodicals dating back to 1954. Additional bibliographical entries are constantly added to the databases from editorial projects such as retrospective coverage of journals issues published prior to 1954.
SocINDEX with Full Text contains full text for 242 "core" coverage journals dating back to 1895, and 72 "priority" coverage journals. This database also includes full text for 547 books and monographs, and full text for 6,711 conference papers. This is an EBSCO Database contains many articles available in full text.

Be certain to limit your search for better results by using the Advanced Search. A basic JSTOR search will look in all parts of the article for your search terms.

Articles in Journals which are not available Full Text in a search database or which do not link from the search database to the online catalog may still be available at Schaffer.
Articles not available in print or electronic format here at Union College may be ordered through ILLiad ILL. Set up your account with your user name and password using your Union College email user name and password.
