The community contributes
The Campus Calendar publicizes events and important dates at Union. Content in the calendar comes from what the Union community submits – there is no central office seeking out, verifying and entering event information. If a particular event or deadline is not in the calendar, it's because the individual event organizer or event owner chose not to submit it.
You connect
The Campus Calendar has the ability to pull information into your personal digital space. Calendar feeds, RSS, e-mail and social media are some of the channels that provide information from the Campus Calendar into the tools, applications or mobile apps of your choice. Notably, calendar feeds can be set up to automatically populate your Outlook calendar with Union events.
You simply tell the calendar what information you want and how you want to receive it. This "opt-in" approach is a shift away from communicating information via broadcast e-mails.

The Campus Calendar feeds event information to various pages throughout Union's website in order to promote Union's diverse educational, cultural and recreational offerings.
