As part of the College of Public Health, Academic and Student Affairs team, this position will be the primary coordinator to support public health students in embarking on an international field experience.

Duties:  As part of the Academic and Student Affairs team,  the incumbent will be asked to contribute a broad range of administrative and analytic skills to ensure the maintenance of academic standards and student safety throughout the program. The position will be available to support domestic field experience programs, as requested by the associate dean. The incumbent will contribute to the overall mission of ASA and will complete special assignments as requested, including but not limited to maintaining student resource materials for accreditation purposes, working with student organizations, serving on committees as needed, and providing any other general support needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:  Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal. Bachelors degree with five years of professional, full-time experience or a Master’s degree with one year of professional, full-time.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience working in a higher education setting.  Extensive travel abroad.  Program planning and/or management experience in career development or student affairs.
