Description

The Adirondack Museum is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to assist the Manager of Retail Operations with the day-to-day operations of the museum's store (approximately 2,200 sq. ft.), store website, and admissions. This position will monitor and maintain inventory; oversee mail and phone orders, web sales, and wholesale operations; provide administrative support; and assist with scheduling and supervising seasonal staff.

Qualifications

Applicants must have three years' experience in a fast-paced retail establishment with experience monitoring inventory and processing web, mail, and phone sales. Must have point-of-sale system experience (Counterpoint a plus); strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop Elements); and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
