Ballston Spa National Bank is seeking a seasoned banking professional to join our Retail Banking Department in our Clifton Park Office.
The branch manager for the Clifton Park Office is a Senior Sales and Service Associate, responsible for branch operations as well as supervision, coaching, and development of branch staff. The Senior Sales and Service Associate will utilize the customer portfolio to consult with existing clients to determine the product that best meets their needs, while maximizing customer relationships.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have experience consulting with customers, as well as proven customer service, sales and relationship building skills. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three + years experience in consumer banking, with experience in a supervisory role, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
