Description
- Create code that meets design specifications, follows standards,and is easy to maintain
- Contribute suggestions for new designs
- Perform and design testing protocols to ensure that the product is fully tested
- Ensure that all enhancements, bug fixes, and new products are documented
- Work with various teams in the organization to ensure appropriate project requirements are met
- Ability to teach other non-technical customers/other team members information about the code
- Participate in a development team that is responsible for developing quality software
- Create product using a “test-driven design” approach
- With experience, candidate will be expected to research problems, research various solutions, and devise a work plan
to solve these problems

- Strong programming, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner and able to learn new technologies and web
- Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers and Management towards a common goal
- High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
- Team player and understands how own work is important to the team’s successprogramming languages on own as necessary

- VB6, C++
- COM and COM+
- JavaScript
- XML/HTML
- WPF
- ASP, ASP.net
- Web Services, WCF
- nHibernate and/or understanding of ORM
- Spring.net
- nUnit, nMock
- SSRS, SSIS
- Relational Database technology
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
is required.
OTHER: Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship foremployment.
