Inside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This person is responsible for generating new leads and opportunities with a strong focus on SolidWorks 3D CAD software. The candidate will obtains, develop, maintain and grow client relationships to develop new sales opportunities and expand 3D CAD software sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Initiate sales activities to stimulate, encourage and develop account relationships with potential customers
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the outside sales team
- Assist marketing with lead generation, event planning and event registrations
- Maintain and update customer and potential customer information in our Netsuite CRM database
- Prospect and develop new accounts while expanding sales with existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets and activity goals
- Work with Application Engineers and Technical Solution Specialists to assist customers and potential customers
- Perform other job related duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 1 - 2 years minimum work experience in an inside sales capacity

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required (English)
- Strong organizational/time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to function independently in a team environment
- Experience in 3D solid modeling systems (preferred but not required)
