WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO DO AT NOVANTAS?
At Novantas, no two career paths are the same. Associates at the firm are expected to play a variety of roles, which may include:
- Formulating hypotheses and proving them analytically
- Organizing and mining large data sets to develop insights
- Writing and presenting analytic findings
- Participating in and leading working sessions, both internally and with clients
- Building financial and forecasting models
- Conducting statistical analysis
- Developing business requirements and components for proprietary software applications
- Programming automated functions and processes (e.g. in Visual Basic or SQL)
