Description
As an Associate, you will be part of an intense entry-level rotation program. The rotation program includes three, six-month assignments, which will provide participants with the foundational skills necessary to build a successful career in B2B marketing. Associates will receive marketing instruction, participate in a mentorship program, and attend networking events with senior leaders from across the organization.
- Help to manage marketing planning and execution for a global cross functional team to build credibility and awareness of the CA Technology brand and products that support our corporate strategy, drive product sales and help retain customers
- Collaborate with sales, field and product marketing leadership to find new ways to reduce costs and innovate marketing programs to drive NCV and customer retention (i.e. new social media platforms, online programs or event platforms)
- Participate in a Shared Services Factory that includes campaign, creative and event services to drive greater productivity and increased sales
- Manage work going through creative and multimedia agencies as well as integrating with other CA marketing team programs and initiatives
- Measure performance against goals
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 3.2 GPA or better (transcript required)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team based environment
- Innate desire for professional development
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
