Description
Sales Producers act as outside insurance agents selling property, casualty and other insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. They establish, maintain and enhance client relationships to resolve issues and retain profitable business.
- Market and sell auto, home, boat, and related property and casualty insurance coverage to individual buyers.
- Cross-sell other company products.
- Maintain and grow business through aggressive product sales, up-selling, and renewals
- Provide post-sale customer service and resolve escalated service issues.
- Generate reports to track activities, progress, and strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
Required Competencies:
- Self starter with competitive and entrepreneurial spirit
- Results oriented - ability to create relationships, focus on goals •
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills •
- Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior successful sales experience preferred
- Prior insurance experience is not required.
- Possess or be willing to obtain state property and casualty insurance license
- MAINTAIN A POSITIVE AND SELF MOTIVATED ATTITUDE
