BSNB is seeking an experienced, creative individual to work across disciplines and lead the charge in enhancing existing financial products and services, and recommending and developing new services through research and design. Successful candidates will use critical thinking and analysis to evaluate customer and business needs, conduct market and product research, evaluate ROI and risk, and make recommendations to ensure BSNB’s products continue to exceed customer expectations.
Reporting to the Marketing Department, this position will work closely with various project leaders as well as Senior Management in the ongoing analysis of product effectiveness, and make recommendations based on that analysis. This position is a key support to sales initiatives throughout BSNB.
Successful candidates require a unique skillset of business acumen coupled with technical savvy. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field coupled with 3-5 years banking or product analysis experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be highly proficient with computer software including spreadsheet analysis and system report writing; experience with FIS products and customer relationship management software preferred. Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of utilizing data analysis to influence organizational outcomes.
