Ballston Spa National Bank is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to join our Retail Banking Department. This individual will be responsible for providing BSNB customers with banking sales solutions for deposit and consumer loan products, pursuing leads from client lists, achieving individual and team goals in sales and promotion campaigns, and providing sales assistance to walk-in clients. This individual also assists with the coaching and training of other branch staff members and acts as a teller when required based on the needs of the branch. This position serves as the back up to the Branch Manager as well.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in consumer banking, with a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Candidates will have strong customer service, sales and relationship building skills. Well-developed communication skills are a must.
