What you’ll do: 

  • Motivate, lead and inspire top sales people to continue to smash their goals
  • Lead by example through the sales process – know your close and know how to teach it
  • Develop and retain top performers
  • Train on best practices of the sales process and new initiatives
  • Energetically engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings and fun challenges
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing your great ideas to fuel our growth
  • Build an emotional connection to the people you are leading
  • Inspire your team to be comfortable to come to work every day
  • 10% taking care of your spreadsheets, 90% taking care of your people


Who you are:

  • Proven experience managing a high activity sales team in a fast paced environment. 
  • Understanding and passionate about active coaching all day long and knowing  what that means
  • Direct sales experience in outbound, high volume wonderful madness
  • A passion for helping local businesses succeed and helping build a thriving economy
  • A desire to succeed, a track record as a top producer, and the motivation to grow your leadership skills
  • Mastery over blending customer 2.0 and the transactional sales process
  • Understands and champions emotional leadership
  • Loves the psychology of sales and leadership coupled with the certainty of metrics and data
  • A champion of culture,  with an understanding of how to drive and represent a solid culture beyond just your team, but throughout Main Street Hub
