Description
Our Lead Candidate will demonstrate outstanding ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment involving multi-tasking and the organization of complex project management objectives, and at the same time demonstrate professional discipline and organizational skills, as well as the ability to acquire new skills on a timely basis.
Hands-on ability to develop, test and troubleshoot electronic systems, as well as knowledge of analog and digital circuitry and familiarity with basic test equipment is essential. Demonstrated results in circuit and firmware design, and the ability to consistently document test results and write procedures required (Either through independent work or under the supervision of a more senior engineer). Background in sensor-based test and measurement equipment, as well as field / sales engineering experience a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Engineering experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Energetic and collaborative interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to work independently;
- 2 or 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering (required); relevant work / internship experience also considered.
