The Tech Ops Team is responsible for deploying and maintaining our technology, providing our engineering team with product feedback and recommendations, and delivering awesome experiences to doctors. - 2-3 years of experience providing world class customer service
- 3-5 years of technical experience and very strong skills in the following areas:
- Computer troubleshooting and maintenance
- Computer networking
- Web technologies including HTML and CSS
- Programming experience a plus, but not required
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced company
- A desire to improve everything you touch
- A commitment to going above and beyond
- A lot of initiative and resourcefulness
- A bachelor’s degree
