- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process by identify and recruit top-notch professionals, evaluate candidates’ credentials under tight time constraints
- Perform reference checking, negotiate compensation, 3rd party vendor negotiations, set up interviews with clients, and prepare required client submission documentation in a precise, organized and professional manner (under tight time constraints)
- Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Conduct employee orientation of new hires and maintain a positive and professional relationship with all consultants placed



- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Human Resource experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in the use of the internet and the latest online recruiting and search tools
- Superior communications skills along with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional organization skills, creative and innovative thinker, and a collaborative team player
