Description

- Assist in daily Advent Portfolio Exchange downloads, transaction and price posting, and reconciliation of information pertaining to mutual fund and investment accounts.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Provide support and work on special projects as requested.
- Identify and correct discrepancies regarding data input in the Advent system.

Qualifications

- Two year degree required, with concentration in Accounting, Information Management or a related field preferred.

- Experience in information management, accounting, financial record keeping systems, database and spreadsheets is preferred. Advent experience is a plus.

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, possess organizational skills, and be capable of working in a team environment.

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a constantly changing work environment.
