The incumbent will assist in the planning, development and implementation of educational and audit programs for agency staff, food safety regulatory partners and academia. This position assists in the coordination of educational outreach efforts, and manages relationships with external stakeholders and efforts for staff development as related to the Rapid Response Team, laboratory staff training, and the agency Manufactured Foods Regulatory Program Standards initiatives. Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities :

Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :
A Master's degree in education or a related field and one year of experience in training; OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of such experience; OR an Associate's degree and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience.

Preferred Qualifications :
Background in the sciences. At least two years experience in training development and/or in providing training. Experience performing audits that are associated with accreditation or certifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with SharePoint or similar communication and collaboration tools desired. Experience coordinating and managing assigned work. Excellent communication, team building, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
