My Union Story: Before Union I held various jobs as a newspaper reporter, covering everything from town meetings to fire and police. I’m not sure if it was reading Union College magazine cover to cover as a kid or writing press releases as a Commencement temp in the Office of Public Relations, but Union always struck me as a place full of interesting stories about people. Sure, the campus is beautiful and the history rich. But the best part for me is coming home at night and telling a story over dinner that begins with, “I met the coolest (professor, student, alumna etc.) today …”
