Assistant Swim Coach


Full Time-Benefit Eligible

Grade T1 - Min. $10.00/Hr

30 hours per week/43 weeks per year


Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, monitoring the academic progress of swimming student-athletes, and assisting with practice planning.


A Bachelor’s degree is required, and previous collegiate coaching or swimming experience is preferred. The successful candidate should possess solid organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and have the ability to identify and attract outstanding student-athletes to Union College. Candidates must also have an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations, a philosophy compatible with a multi-classified liberal arts college with highly selective academic standards, ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of student-athletes, parents, alumni, and administration.
