England Term (Odd Years)
The Department of Theater and Dance welcomes applications for a three-week mini-term in London. The largest city in Western Europe and the European Union, London is a global capital of culture, fashion, finance politics and trade. Steeped in history, London is home to more than 100 theaters, including 50 in the West End.
Up to 16 students will experience this vibrant, multi-cultural hub of the world, visiting museums, parks, architecture and dramatic historic sights. Students will see up to ten theater and /or dance performances in three weeks and through backstage tours and professional workshops students will get inside the professional production world from the point of view of performers, directors and designers. Students will also enjoy a variety of dining and shopping opportunities while focusing on their course of study in the performing arts.

This is an intensive three-week experience in London with a focus on attending theater and dance productions to gain an appreciation for the perspectives of the playwright, director, designers, performers and audience.
