My research focused on rerunning reactions that were initially done by Rachel Peters ('07) in order to obtain a larger percent yield. Also, I took both my own and Peters' crude products and purified them so characterization data could be collected on all of the products obtained. Once all of the characterization data is complete then the information will be reported to the literature.
