U Sustain: Union's Green Commitment
Union is committed to promoting an ecologically friendly campus. In everything from our living environment to academics to the daily operation of our buildings and facilities, we are committed to reducing the ecological footprint of the College and making our campus more sustainable.
The U Sustain Committee, made up of about 70 environmentally and socially concerned students, faculty and staff at Union College, stewards the College’s sustainability initiatives. U Sustain seeks to educate the campus community about ways to live, work and enjoy Union in the most environmentally friendly and sustainable way possible.
