Memorial Chapel

An accoustic gem

Memorial Chapel was constructed between 1924 and 1925 to serve as the central chapel and to honor Union graduates who lost their lives serving during wartime. Known for its superb sound, the chapel is used for choral and orchestral performances, and the campus community gathers here to celebrate Convocation and Founders Day.

Fact: The Memorial Chapel chimes ring throughout campus each day at lunchtime, with songs ranging from classics to Katy Perry.
