Job Title
Admissions Interviewer
Department/Program: Admissions

Why did you choose Union: Because of the connections with faculty and friendships I was able to make during my overnight visit to Union. Union was my last college visit, and I was flown in for an extended overnight program during a spring Open House. My host, Dalila Haden ’19, became one of my best friends, and everyone I met during that time I also became close with. Additionally, the atmosphere at Union gave me that large school feel but on a small campus.

Major: Neuroscience (on the Pre-Health track)

Study abroad/internships: I went on a mini-term to Egypt during winter break, and I participated in an internship-based term abroad to Cambodia during Winter Term. For the first three weeks, I interned with Projects Abroad in public health, and for the last seven weeks I interned with the Ponheary Ly foundation, specifically in high school education.
