Hello! My name is Antonia Batha and I am Union College Class of 2017. I'm from Los Alamos, New Mexico and went to Los Alamos High School. I am a Women's and Gender studies major.
I chose Union because of the small class sizes and the availability of professors. I love being able to talk to my professors about everything from academics to my hobbies and their hobbies!
On campus, I am the co- president of Women's Union, the public relations chair of the Scholar's Steering Committee (I am also a Scholar), and a member of The Garnet Society. When I am not taking part in a club activity or studying I like to watch movies and TV with my friends! I also love using the Minerva kitchens to cook meals with my friends!
Hey there, my name is Jenna! I am currently looking forward to a great summer tan with which I can sail into my junior year of college and my second year here at Union! I am a Classics major desperately trying to make everything else into a minor (although chemistry has my heart at the moment).
I chose to attend Union because I strongly believe that people are what matters most at any college. They're the source of the good vibes and the key experiences. Here, at Union, I have found my people and ultimately that's what makes me happy and that's why this school.
On campus, I am a part of the Scholars program as well the rock climbing club, Amnesty International, and Greek life.
Hello, my name is Sydney Giller and I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. I attended Hathaway Brown School and came to Union because I had a great tour guide!
I am majoring in Anthropology with double minors in English and German. I'm also involved with Greek life, Chabad at Union, German Club, Women's Union and Union Coalition.
I am a rising senior from Colorado Springs, CO, and I was homeschooled before attending Union. I'm a Theatre major, with a double minor in Math and English.
When I started looking at colleges I wanted to find a place that would allow me to study such a broad range of subjects, and Union seemed like the best place for that. Professors get really excited to see students stretch themselves across a variety of departments.
At Union, I spend the majority of my free time doing creative things. I've performed in several faculty produced plays and dance concerts, and helped to produce two musicals with Mountebanks Theatre Club. Next year I look forward to taking on the presidency of Mountebanks, as well as directing another completely student run musical with the rest of the club's team.
